Corey Thompson

Managing Partner

Corey Thompson is a founder, veteran, and Managing Partner of C2RTech. Corey brings over 20 years of executive experience in the operation, management, development and delivery of advanced technology to some of the most demanding locations on earth. Corey’s global experience spans multiple industries including Defense, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, Energy, Nuclear, Maritime Operations, Offshore Drilling, and Medical Services.
Prior to this, Corey was the Chief Information Officer for Pacific Drilling where his “RigFirst” approach was focused on delivering new capabilities via technology and process improvement directly to the front line of the company aboard the company’s deep-water drill rigs to grow revenue, improve efficiency and safety, and delight the companies end customers.
Corey’s career also includes 10 years with CB&I as SVP of Technology and CIO as well as VP of Global Supply Chain.
Corey’s military career includes 23 years in the US Submarine Force. Originally enlisting in 1986 as a Strategic Weapons Systems Electronics Technician, Corey eventually earned his commission as an officer in 1996 and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Commander in 2008. In addition to serving aboard three submarines, Corey was the Resource Sponsor and manager of the Submarine Tomahawk Cruise Missile program and the MK48 ADCAP torpedo program in Washington DC. Corey is a graduate of the Stanford “Innovative CIO” course as well as the “Disruptive Innovation Strategy” course from Harvard University. He is a board certified Naval Nuclear Engineer and holds a bachelor’s in Mathematics from the University of Idaho and a master’s in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School where he graduated with distinction as a Conrad Scholar.

Rohit Mahajan is a founder and Managing Partner of C2RTech. He is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and software industry with significant expertise in development & design of innovative solutions for clients in Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing and other industry segments.
He is also skilled in Business and IT Strategy, M&A, Planning, Operations Management, Sales & Marketing and Global Delivery.
Rohit brings his passion for the cutting edge AI technologies to C2RTech, a technology consulting firm empowering data to drive innovation and advanced analytics. C2RTech specializes in Machine Learning, Big Data, Natural Language Processing and Custom Software strategy, analysis, architecture and implementation solutions. The C2RTech team is an elite group, shining when tasked with complex missions; whether it’s assembling mounds of data from a variety of sources, surfacing intelligence with Neural Networks, or building high-volume, highly-available systems, C2RTech consistently delivers.
Rohit holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He is a Wharton School Fellow and a graduate from Harvard Business School.
